For over 20 years, Greg has focused on representing clients interested in retail opportunities in Colorado. Greg continues to provide a variety of retail services including acquisition, disposition, and leasing services for a wide range of landlords, tenants, investors, and developers in Colorado.

In regard to acquisitions and dispositions, Greg brings a wide range of experience in properly positioning and marketing retail properties, as well as sales negotiations. Greg helps clients properly value the assets and identify the most advantageous entrance and exit points within market cycles. He has successfully sold retail pad sites and shopping centers throughout the area. The identification and the aggressive pursuit of the targeted buyers that have been active in the market has been a key to closing transactions in a timely manner.

Buyers often require some assistance with leasing following an acquisition. If a prospective buyer knows that there is an experienced productive retail leasing agent willing to immediately engage and secure the required tenants, they typically feel more confident in closing the transaction. Greg has successfully completed over 1,000 retail leases under a variety of market conditions. Greg started his brokerage career in 1999, working at Palmer McAllister/Frederick Ross. In June 2003, Greg along with six other brokers and the owner of a local property management company formed Sierra Commercial Real Estate which later became a CBRE affiliate. In 2007, Greg joined Southwestern Commercial Properties which focused on retail project leasing and retail development. In 2010, Greg and two partners founded Landmark Commercial Group where he focused on retail brokerage services. As a Principal, Greg oversaw general operations and business development. He joined Colorado Springs Commercial, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, in 2012 as Sr. Managing Director of Retail Services. Greg was a Principal at Core Commercial which was formed in 2016, and in 2020 he founded KCRE Advisors to grow with the expanding and exciting demands of commercial real estate market in the Colorado Springs area. Greg is a Colorado native and graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree and a minor in Spanish language studies. Greg enjoys golfing, traveling, and outings in the mountains with his wife Sheri and two sons, Graham and Grant.
